  1. We reserve the right to edit or remove listings at any time for any reason.
  2. No illegal material, off-topic, or profane listings will be tolerated.
  3. No spamming (email, blog, sms or otherwise) of our site's URL's will be tolerated.
  4. By submitting your listing, you realize that you are inviting the general public contact you through our service. We are not responsible in any way for anything that is said to you through other users of our service.
  5. We are not responsible for the content of listings on our site -- the content, photos, and statements contained in a listing are the representations of the party who submitted the listing.
  6. We do not offer escrow or any "for pay" services at this time (subject to change). Any representations or correspondence you obtain to the contrary is false and likely fraudulent.
  7. Any kind of automated posting (i.e. listings not entered one at a time by an individual human) is expressly prohibited.
  8. Any kind of data mining or spidering is expressly prohibited, with the single exception of public search engines.
